Under the new parking structure, different areas have different tariffs depending on the location. On-street parking along East Boulevard operates around the clock, while designated off-street parking follows specific operating hours. Visitors to selected retail destinations also benefit from complimentary parking for a limited period before standard charges apply, making shopping and dining more convenient.

Residents will continue to enjoy the parking spaces allocated under their property agreements, while any additional parking requirements will fall under the new paid parking system. Seasonal parking subscriptions are also available for eligible users, and payments can be managed through Parkin’s digital platform, offering a seamless and cashless experience.
