Dubai Real Estate Records AED11.85bn in Weekly Transactions

Dubai’s real estate market continued to demonstrate strong activity, recording property transactions worth AED11.85bn during the week. According to Dubai Land Department data reported by Arabian Business, the market completed 2,631 sales transactions, highlighting sustained demand across residential and investment properties.

The week was also marked by a major luxury property transaction, with an apartment in Jumeirah selling for approximately AED422m. High-value deals such as this reflect the continued appeal of Dubai’s prime property market among wealthy local and international buyers.
