ANAX Developments has officially started construction on ELLE Residences Dubai Islands, marking an important milestone for one of its flagship luxury residential projects in Dubai. The development also represents ELLE’s first residential project in the Middle East and its second residential development globally, following its project in Miami.

Located on Dubai Islands, ELLE Residences is designed to offer a premium waterfront lifestyle with direct access to the waterfront. The project will feature 91 apartments and seven signature townhouses, creating an exclusive residential community focused on luxury, design and lifestyle experiences.

Construction is expected to be completed in Q4 2027. ANAX Developments has appointed International Foundation Group (IFG), a leading UAE specialist in geotechnical and foundation engineering, as the enabling works contractor for the project. The appointment reflects the developer’s focus on construction quality and delivering the project according to its planned standards.

The groundbreaking ceremony also introduced ANAX 2.0, representing the next stage of the developer’s growth and development strategy in the UAE real estate market. Through this new phase, ANAX Developments aims to expand its portfolio of experience-led and luxury lifestyle developments.
