Rockhill Development has entered Ajman’s growing real estate market with the launch of Rockhill Tower, a new freehold residential project in the Al Alia district. The development represents an estimated Dh250 million in sales revenue and is positioned around the concept of affordable premium living.

Rockhill Tower is a G+26 residential building featuring 416 freehold apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. Prices start from Dh280,000, making the project aimed at buyers looking for modern residential options at a more accessible price point than many properties in Dubai.

The developer has taken an integrated approach to the project by managing design, construction and building operations within its own group. Rockhill works with architecture partner Al Gafry for design and its own licensed contractor, DMIU, for construction. According to the company, this structure provides greater control over construction quality, costs and project timelines.

Residents of Rockhill Tower are expected to have access to more than 25 lifestyle amenities. These include an infinity pool, gym, golf simulator, spa and steam facilities, landscaped areas and a mosque. The apartments will also feature smart-home controls, while six levels of parking are planned within the development.

The project is freehold and open to buyers of all nationalities. Its location in Al Alia is another major part of the development’s appeal, with the area offering access to Ajman’s expanding residential market while remaining considerably more affordable than Dubai.

Rockhill Tower is currently under construction, with handover targeted for the second quarter of 2029. The developer has also indicated that the Ajman launch is the beginning of a wider expansion plan. Rockhill has acquired three additional plots in the emirate, with one further project already receiving architectural approval.

With its combination of relatively accessible prices, modern amenities and an integrated development and construction model, Rockhill Tower highlights the growing demand for premium yet affordable residential options in Ajman. The project could further contribute to the emirate’s appeal among first-time homeowners and property investors seeking alternatives to higher-priced Dubai communities.
