It spans three principal districts—North Beach, Trade Centre, and South Beach—with over 11 km of shoreline, including 7 km of natural beach and extensive green zones. The masterplan integrates residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and cultural elements into a smart, walkable urban environment.
The flagship residential launch is Sobha Aquamont, a trio of beachfront towers offering 1–3 bedroom apartments, including duplex layouts. These modern homes, complete with private balconies and high-end finishes, are complemented by resort-standard amenities. Handover is scheduled for around mid‑2028 (or Q4 2027 per some sources)
