Dubai Residential REIT has strengthened its position in the UAE real estate market by acquiring 220 premium townhouses in Jebel Ali Village for AED 894 million. The acquisition marks the REIT’s second major investment of 2026 and reflects its commitment to expanding a high-quality residential portfolio that delivers long-term value to investors.

The newly acquired cluster includes 80 three-bedroom and 140 four-bedroom townhouses located in the well-established Jebel Ali Village community. Situated close to Sheikh Zayed Road and Ibn Battuta Mall, the development offers excellent connectivity and a family-friendly lifestyle, making it an attractive choice for residents seeking modern homes in one of Dubai’s most accessible neighborhoods.

This latest acquisition follows the earlier purchase of 56 villas in Garden View Villas, bringing the total number of residential units added to Dubai Residential REIT’s portfolio to 276 during the first half of 2026. Once fully stabilized, these new assets are expected to generate approximately AED 75 million in additional annual revenue, supporting the REIT’s long-term growth strategy and enhancing returns for investors.
