Dubai’s real estate market continued its strong momentum in the first half of 2026, with more than 24,000 new property units added acsross the emirate. The significant increase in completed developments highlights the continued expansion of Dubai’s residential and property sector, giving buyers, investors, and residents a wider range of options.
During the first six months of the year, 104 real estate projects were completed with a combined investment value of approximately Dh111 billion. The number of newly delivered units marked a 36% increase compared with the same period last year, while the overall value of completed projects also recorded substantial growth.
The latest figures reflect the strong confidence developers and investors continue to place in Dubai’s property market. As new communities, apartments, villas, and mixed-use developments are completed, the city is further strengthening its position as one of the world’s leading real estate investment destinations.
