The project was unveiled in the presence of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and represents one of the largest mixed-use developments ever announced in the UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developed by Aldar, Marsa Al Saadiyat will transform the island into a world-class waterfront destination featuring luxury residences, premium hospitality, retail, entertainment, and cultural attractions. The master-planned community is designed to accommodate over 58,000 residents while offering an exceptional lifestyle surrounded by beaches, green spaces, and modern infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the project&#8217;s standout features is Abu Dhabi&#8217;s largest marina, capable of accommodating hundreds of luxury yachts and sailing boats. The development will also include beautiful waterfront promenades, cycling tracks, walking trails, community parks, schools, healthcare facilities, and a vibrant dining and retail district, creating a complete live-work-leisure environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Connectivity is another major highlight of Marsa Al Saadiyat. The development will be linked to nearby islands through new roads and bridges while also featuring an underground Etihad Rail station, improving transport across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
