The contracts were awarded to Ginco General Contracting and United Engineering Construction (UNEC), marking another major milestone in the delivery of one of Dubai\u2019s most ambitious waterfront destinations. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately, with the villas expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new villas will be spread across six fronds of Palm Jebel Ali. Ginco will construct 354 villas across Fronds A to D, while UNEC will develop 190 villas on Fronds E and F. These residences are part of a wider collection featuring ten unique architectural designs, carefully planned to maximize beachfront living, panoramic sea views, and modern luxury. Smart-home technology, energy-efficient features, and sustainability-focused designs will also be integrated into the villas, creating a premium lifestyle experience for future residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Palm Jebel Ali is one of Dubai\u2019s largest and most significant waterfront developments.
